Bistro 44 French Restaurant in Blacktown is a new addition to the culinary map of Sydney’s greater west, a concept borne from 2 locals who along with being best friends have a shared passion for great food without the pretentious surroundings that can sometimes accompany it.

Bistro 44 French Restaurant in Blacktown opened in late 2007 to excellent reviews and was featured in a number of local newspaper articles for its exceptional coffee, great food & attentive service.

At Bistro 44 we are committed to bringing the best coffee to our guest’s educated palates, we use Vittoria for its well rounded balance between aroma, acidity and body. A light to medium coffee to be appreciated at any time of the day.

Mastercut Meats - A major distributor of delicious, high quality meat, smallgoods, poultry and game throughout Australia. They are master butchers who are AUS-MEAT accredited which means they follow quality assurance procedures and they are also HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, an internationally recognized and recommended approach to food safety) approved. We choose to use Mastercut Meats for our meat and poultry needs because of their outstanding commitment to quality, service and taste.

T2 Teas - Australia’s largest range of beautiful, fragrant teas sourced from around the world, which includes exotic teas that look beautiful, are sophisticated and taste that way too. A deep collaboration has been formed with various international suppliers and commissioned blenders, who work side by side with the company to create teas of exceptional quality. It is for these reasons that T2 is the tea of choice for bistro 44.
